Volunteers
Our charity is built and run by volunteers. They are the driving force behind everything we do. They ensure we can give more children and adults a chance to engage in sports activities.
Volunteering can help develop new skills, gain valuable experience and connect with others who have different backgrounds and experiences.
Our volunteers come in all shapes and sizes! We have corporate volunteers, Duke of Edinburgh students, retirees, business men and women, stay at home parents, school staff and sports leaders.
The roles we are looking for currently are below.
Drop in Shoe Repair and Cleaning Sessions
We’re looking for volunteers to help clean and repair shoes.
We hold drop in sessions in Hemel where we meet up for tea, cake and a chat, whilst we clean and repair!

Drivers
We’re looking for volunteers to pick up our shoes from one or more of our recycling bins. You will then need to drop them off at out storage space in Hemel Hempstead.
We have recycling bins in
Hemel Hempstead, St. Albans and Harpenden.
All petrol costs will be reimbursed.
